Joakim Nygård Egeberg
CEO, Co-founder and Board Member
Joakim Nygård Egeberg is CEO, co-founder and board member of Icepulse AS. He is an engineer with a background in mechanical and electrical energy technology and has experience from operations, maintenance and technical leadership within the energy sector.
At Icepulse he leads the technical development of the technology and oversees the company’s operational progress.
Franceska Craga
Co-founder and Board Member
Franceska Craga is co-founder and board member of Icepulse AS. She is an engineer with experience from research, development and standardisation work within energy and sustainability.
Her expertise in HSE, quality assurance and technical documentation contributes to a structured and systematic development process for the technology.
Geir Arne Solheim
Chair of the Board and Co-founder
Geir Arne Solheim is co-founder and chairman of the board of Icepulse AS. He is an entrepreneur and concept developer with extensive experience in innovation, early-stage development and commercialisation.
At Icepulse he works at the intersection of technology, strategy and market development, focusing on business development, partnerships and the structured scaling of the company.
