Joakim Egeberg – Co-Founder, CEO and Member of the Board
Joakim is an engineer with a background in mechanical and electrical power engineering, and further studies in technology management and quality leadership. He has solid experience from operations, maintenance, and technical management in the energy sector, with a deep understanding of how theory and practice meet in demanding environments. Joakim combines analytical precision with hands-on execution, leading the development of the Icepulse technology with a strong focus on reliability, energy efficiency, and user-friendly implementation.
Geir Arne Solheim – Co-Founder and Chairman of the Board
Geir Arne is an experienced entrepreneur, inventor and concept developer with a long track record in renewable energy and sustainable industrial projects. He has built a strong network within the global innovation ecosystem and energy business, and is passionate about bridging technology, markets, and people. With a strategic mindset and the ability to inspire engagement around new ideas, Geir Arne drives the company’s business development and communication of the Icepulse vision as Chairman of the Board.
Franceska Craga – Co-Founder and Member of the Board
Franceska is an engineer with experience from research, development, and standardization work within energy and sustainability. She brings extensive competence in HSE, quality assurance, and technical documentation, and has contributed to complex projects with strict requirements for structure and safety. Franceska ensures that Icepulse is developed with precision, professionalism, and a clear focus on sustainability, quality, and compliance with international standards.
